25.02.2019My favourite eye makeup remover, this Elizabeth Arden product has two layers that when combined cuts through even waterproof mascara with ease, and without irritating my eyes. It can leave an oily residue as it is oil-based, but if you use it prior to cleansing etc then there are no issues there.
